1. Nature of Services

We provide services such as:

• Website Design and Development
• Software Development
• Other digital and technical services

Since these are digital and service-based offerings, returns are generally not applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The service has not yet started
• Duplicate payment has been made
• Failure to deliver agreed services as per confirmed scope

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Work has already started or been partially/completely delivered
• Delay is caused due to lack of client communication or materials
• Change of mind after project initiation

4. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
